    Refund/Return and Cancelation Policy

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    7 Days Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product Guarantee

    This Guarantee will protect you if one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a Return Material Authorization.

    After you return the product to the address provided by our customer service team, you can choose to receive a free replacement item (we will reimburse you for return shipping costs) or a full refund.

    30 Days No Reason Return

    If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and it is still in brand new condition, we can arrange for a partial refund, which will cover the cost of the item minus shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

    Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Item(s) missing, incorrect item(s), or incorrect package sent

    Before signing the package, please ensure that it is in good condition (no signs of being opened) and that the contents are correct.
    If you have any problems, please contact us and follow our warranty procedure:

    1. Provide your order number and product code (SKU number).
    2. Send us a clear image of the outer packaging, including all visible shipping labels, as well as the item received (if applicable).
      Possible Solutions after our team confirms the problem:

    If an item is missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory free of charge during the warranty period.
    If we shipped the incorrect item, we will either refund you in full or send you an alternate item (if applicable and available). We will determine whether or not you need to return the incorrect product and will reimburse you for the return shipping fee once we receive it.

    Warranty Exclusions

    1. Natural product degradation due to wear and tear, as well as breakage/damage during use, are solely the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our warranties.
    2. If you have damaged or misused the item(s), the warranty is immediately canceled. In such cases, no compensation is available. You may, however, contact us to purchase replacement or spare parts(if applicable and available). To dispatch them, we will charge the original value of the components plus a shipping fee.

    If the customer does any of the following, the warranty is null and void:

    • Flash a device’s firmware or root a device
    • Try to repair the device by opening the body.
    • Change, remove, customize, or swap product parts
    • Use the device in a way that it was not designed for.
    • Continue to use the item after a fault occurs that causes additional damage.

    Restrictions on return processing

    If you have any after-sales issues, please contact us directly for a solution tailored to your specific situation. We will let you know if you need to return the item and where you can send it.
    The section that follows describes the processing time required after receiving your returned item.

    Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a full refund. It also has to be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
    Please do not return your product to the manufacturer.

    There are some instances where refunds are not granted (if applicable)

    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons other than our mistake.
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • The cost of return shipping is not refundable.
    • The cost of the original outbound shipping will not be refunded.

    Refunds 

    We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically. When it comes to refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund is between 3-6 business days after we receive your returned item.

    Refunds that are late or missing

    Once your return is received, it may take us up to 2-3 business days to process it. If you have not received a refund confirmation within three days, please contact us to inquire about the status of your return.
    Please contact us if your account has not been credited after 5 days of receiving a refund notification. We will provide you with additional information (tracking numbers/trace IDs) so that you can keep track of the situation with your bank.

    Order Cancelations

    We will do everything possible to honor cancellation requests. We do, however, ship orders very quickly. Many orders are shipped the same day, and some are shipped within 2 or 3 days. There is a 2-hour delay between the time your order is shipped and the time tracking information is sent. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped, even if you have not yet received tracking information. If this is the case, it is advised that you refuse the package’s delivery. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refunds and returns policy.

    If we are successful in canceling your order, we will send you a cancellation confirmation. Your initial payment will then be cancelled or refunded.

    Exchanges 

    Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at sales@electrobizhouse.com if you need to exchange it for the same item. For exchanges, depending on stock availability, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days after receiving your item back.

    Return Shipping

    You should mail your product back to China if you want to return it. Before returning any items, contact us at sales@electrobizhouse.com for a return authorization which will include the full mail address. You must contact us to arrange a refund. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

    You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

    The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
    If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We make no guarantees that we will receive your returned item.
